RESUME

La sœur de Toni a disparu depuis 2 jours, ce qui inquiète Toni, à cause d'une récente vague de disparition de belles jeunes femmes. Mais, c'est avec une mauvaise photo que Nicky part à sa recherche, à la demande de son partenaire. Dans la rue, Nicky tombe sur un jeune par accident. Et il sent à sa poitrine que c'est une femme. Elle était en train de tirer les vers du nez d'un indic. Elle surgit dans un bar qu'il lui indiqua et une arme à la main, elle demande aux yakusa qui s'y trouvent de libérer les femmes enlevées. Breduoille, elle accepte finalement l'aide de Nicky. Avec ses sources, il apprend l'existence d'un magasin d'où certaines femmes ne sont pas ressorties. La fille va servir d'appât. Ça marche: Nicky finit par démanteler le réseau et la jeune femme retrouve son amie. En fait, la jeune femme se révèle être Laura, la sœur de Toni.

COMMENTAIRES

Histoire semblable avec le manga mais des différences importantes pour ceux qui sont des puristes de City Hunter. Tout d’abord, la photo que Ryô a sur lui correspond à Hideyuki déguisé !! Je vous laisse deviner la tête de Ryô. Ensuite, au début, il ne s’aperçoit pas tout de suite que Kaori est une femme et la gifle (attendez les derniers tomes pour savourer cette rencontre à sa juste valeur ^^). De là, il l’emmène dans le magasin de vêtements sans qu’elle se doute de quoi que ce soit. Pas de duel spectaculaire (et limite inhumain), et c’est à ce moment là que Kaori devine qu’il doit être Ryô Saeba, le partenaire de son frère.
